Project Directors:

Matt Black: Matt with partner Jonathan More is DJ and multimedia group Coldcut. From Top of the Pops ("People hold on" with Lisa Stansfield) to the George Pompidou centre (GRIDIO installation), and round the globe, Coldcut are well known for their mixture of politics, performance, production and pop, art and activism. They founded the Ninjatune record label, rated as one of the planets leading music independents (www.ninjatune.net) and develop new software tools for creativity like VJamm (www.vjammpro.com). Their "Journeys by DJ" is regarded as the definitive mix cd, and Matt aims to make NOW! a similar milestone project: an audiovisual journey through global consciousness using all the tools and tricks evolved from 16 years of cut and paste composition. An extended Coldcut biog is at www.ninjatune.net/coldcut.
